All Hands is All Over. Wonderful experience. I certainly didn't imagine how much work would be needed to prep for the all hands when I agreed to do it. But worthwhile nevertheless. The organization behind the event was first class. Sadly I didn't get the chance to wield the sledgehammer...

I'm trying to imagine an "All hands" at Huawei's headquarters in Shenzhen. Well over 20,000 people in one campus... where would we find the space? (And that's 20,000 out of a company total of 87,000.)
By the way, that campus workforce of 20,000 all start work at 8:30am, on the dot. The traffic is truly amazing.
Honestly: I had a lot of fun at the all hands! It was worth the 3 hours I had to work yesterday to make up for going :)
How long did those videos take you? :P Oh, and some of us are still reeling from the loss of your sweater. My condolences.
